1. Provide strong technical services and support to customers in China, i.e. technical question answer, product application advice and product performance test both in lab and onsite.2. Provide comprehensive technical support to local sales team via lab projects, technical presentations to customers and distributor technical training etc., in order to achieve the business development target.3. Transfer new technologies, new technical documents and files from Global to local market. 4. Maintain current company intelligence and keep developing new ones for value creation.5. Collect technical information and advice on overall technical strategy to business team. 6. Provides leadership to staff. Effectively practices Performance Based Management by coaching and developing employees and setting goals and objectives.7. Plans and organizes resources to ensure appropriate coverage and participation in account visits with Sales team. 8. Facilitates introduction of new products or grades, negotiating quality specifications by overseeing customer trials and obtaining technical approvals. Ensures resolution of product problems. 9. Ensure our products are being used correctly and achieving its full maximum value in customer’s production.10. Constantly uncovering needs and opportunities at customer end for incremental sales, profit improvement & new products development, working closely with Sales Team.

1.Assist the grease scientist in developing new formulations and products for our regional business2.Work with QC lab of grease plant to identify root cause of any quality/process issues, and troubleshoot 3.Run routine lab tests assigned by the grease scientist, and write test reports . Coordinate with third party labs when external testing is required. 4.Maintain good housekeeping of grease labs 5.Coordinate sample shipments, and manage the sample warehouse for grease samples 6.Responsible for the safety of the lab, and carry out all work in accordance with Chemtura EHSS.7. Assist grease scientist to set up grease lab for regional business.8.Assist grease scientist to purchase new instruments for grease lab,and write SOP and Job safty analysis for technican.9.Work with plant engineer to assure the smoothly running of production and troubleshoot.10. Design optimal test slates to address requestor’s demand.and Collect all testing results, including advanced analysis and other testing. Analyze the results and data as well as the customer application information to draw a conclusion to requestor’s questions or concerns.
