Live & Learn is a network of international development NGOs operating across 14 countries in the Asia Pacific region with a collective vision for a sustainable and equitable future. In addition to being a Trustee I also serve on the board's finance and audit committee.

Responsible for overseeing the establishment, growth and impact of the Climate Ready Initiative. The Climate Ready Initiative is a partnership-based social impact initiative that works with government, industry and communities to design and implement climate action.

In this role I oversee the development and delivery of Griffith University's practice-based climate action initiatives, including:1. Lead Advisor - Queensland Government Climate Ready (QCR) program (2018-2022). 2. Expert Advisor - Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads Agency-Wide Climate Risk Assessment and Management Project (2020-21).3. Advisory Committee - Building Queensland Climate Impact Evaluation Framework for Infrastructure Investment (2020).

In this role I led a group of experts looking at climate change problems, barriers to effective climate change policy and practice, and ways to overcome climate change barriers. Relevant project roles and responsibilities include:1. Chief Advisor - Victorian Government policy briefs on barriers to implementing climate action in Victoria (2018-2019).2. Project Lead - Local Government Climate Change Resource Package and Multi-Sectoral Strategy Guideline, Queensland Climate Resilient Councils Program (2017-19).3. Team Leader - DFAT Pacific iCLIM project (2014-19)4. Knowledge Management Specialist - Asian Development Bank Project "Regional Climate Projections Consortium and Data Facility in Asia and the Pacific" (2015-16)5.
