  At this role I have worked my way up from a sales assistant to a sales and service manager. I am a key holder and there fore run the closing shift myself with a small team of workers. I have and continue to train new starters whilst undertaking observations of their progress and reporting this back to management. At clarks we provide one to one customer service but expected to manage a handful of customers at one time. Bringing out different options than what they have asked for to ensure multi sales and upselling. I have worked on the children’s and adults department and I am able to adapt to both audiences. I she. Worked closely with children and adults who have neurodivergence as well as disabilities.
