I joined ITC in the early stages of it's transition to a more digital focused company and pioneered significant change in my time there. In this role, I managed the digital Marketing team which consisted of just one Digital Marketing Executive when I first started in 2015, but had grown to two Digital Marketing Executives, one PPC Executive, one SEO Executive and Two Web Developers by the time I left to pursue my own business in 2019.Throughout my time at ITC, I accomplished the following;- Increased traffic on the flagship Inspiring Travel Company (formerly ITC Luxury Travel) website by 76% in first full financial year at the company. The majority of improvements were made from search marketing, with a 115% increase in SEO traffic and 79% increase in PPC traffic (stats comparing 2016/17 financial year versus 2015/2016).- Increased clicks by 42%, conversions by 10% and reduced the cost per conversion by 37% whilst reducing overall spend by 5% across all group Google Adword’s accounts. (stats comparing 2016/17 financial year versus 2015/2016).- Improved SEO rankings and traffic. Organic traffic was up by more than 200% comparing 2019 to 2015, when I started at ITC.- Led a hugely successful marketing campaign around ITC’s appearance in two part BBC Documentary, from which at least £1m has been attributed in revenue.
