I manage the L&D function for the EMEA region for around 1000 staff having set the function up from scratch. I produce a training calendar based on training needs analysis in conjunction with the key stakeholders, and then co ordinate the running of this training.I faciltate the soft skills training part of the portfolio from career and performance dialogue (appraisals) to runnning work shops for senior managers in all aspects of management and leadershipI also consultant with individual managers about the needs of their team and then put into place ad hoc training solutions for them.

I was in charge of lauching the Academy which was an intranet based application for hosting all training materail pertinet to the Finance Teams. I also managed the lauch of a series of lunch and learn sessions.

Various roles held from Regulated Sale trainer to product account manager.I started as an induction trainer, training new entrants on everything from till management to customer services. I then moved onto being a non regulated sales trainer and then moved into regulated sales. This involved a 3 week induction programme for new sellers. I was also heavily invloved in the writing and maintaining of these courses, liasing with the Stakeholders in the Wealth Management part of the business.
