I commenced my employment with McDonalds at 16 years old, and my strong work ethic, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to go above and beyond saw me progress from team member, to crew trainer and eventually Overnight Manager at numerous busy stores. My interest in the inner workings of the equipment and machinery used led to the inclusion of permanent maintenance into my regular duties, and is part of the role I enjoy the most. Main duties include:• Permanent maintenance of equipment and machinery on both fixed and rotating rosters• Supervision of up to 18 staff members to ensure smooth operation of busy stores• Maintaining a safe work environment and promotion of WHS • Compiling and following appropriate work instructions, JSA’s and SWMS• Implementing safe work solutions and directives• Equipment maintenance • Administrative Skills • Customer Service Skills • Problem solving and conflict negotiation skills• Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team
