I am very passionate about my team achieving goals as well as myself. I enjoy sales as well as being a manager, I think being part of a team where we all pull together, makes the team. Growth is my main key, i like to grow and see growth within the company, I selected certain areas for the reps to work on, making sure their area has a good knowledge of KPS and what we as a company have to offer. The promotions & blitz days I put into place are great fun, I invite the sales rep down for the day, blast the offers out to the customers, I make sure my team receive incentives as well as our customers.
