Client Support Engineer (same role as Corepoint Health, now part of Lyniate) + Assisting customers with workflows involving TCP/IP, File, FTP, Database Interactions, and Web Services with the use of messaging standards such as HL7 v2, FHIR, CCD, XML, JSON, X12, and DICOM in Corepoint Integration Engine. + Troubleshooting application issues, computer systems, network infrastructure, and information systems such as SQL Server. + Providing after hours support as an On-Call Engineer for production inhibiting issues. + Documenting and reproducing product defects. Triaging defects for training purposes. + Implementing installations, upgrades, and migrations of software. + Maintaining consistent communication with the customer through phone calls, remote access, and email. Ensuring customer is satisfied prior to closing every ticket. “Do the right thing”.Lead Training Instructor + Training customers and internal employees online and in-person. Classes include: - Level 1 - Main Instructor - Level 2 - Main Instructor - Level 3 - Backup Instructor - Databases + Scheduling, developing content, and leading User Group sessions for the Corepoint User Community. + Developing supplementary content for internal use and external content for customers. + Revising existing training materials for both Corepoint and Rhapsody products + Onboarding new instructors to teach existing training classes.
