• Build and develop relationships with key implementation managers across Publicis & Dentsu Aegis • Negotiate & execute against approved $200M worth of business plans and leverage Time Inc. assets and solutions to solve for agency KPIs• Provide marketplace intelligence to internal Time Inc. team members on agency/HoCo happenings, updates, key personnel, and new endeavors• Drive digital innovation by collaborating closely with internal teams across the organization• Resource to identify and remove barriers to help day-to-day Sales team in uncovering RFP opportunities and Campaign management

• Manage various client requests including but not limited to event logistics, activations, and finance reports• Expert on agency structure, positioning & brands, calculate agency/holding company pacing, and track RFPs• Aggregate information for rate cards and deal terms for corporate partnerships• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to determine and fulfill client solutions

• Aide in the creation of new Internal Audit function and the development of staff• Responsible for administrative duties for the department and supporting the SVP of Internal Audit including answering phones, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, ordering office supplies, and submitting expense reports• Learn about how organizations develop a systematic, disciplined approach to improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes• Create and edit all reports and presentations issued by the department to the company-at-large and the Audit and Finance Committee• Publish materials for the Audit and Finance Committee Meeting using Diligent• Maintain administrative responsibility for accounts in Trintech/AssureNet
