-Provide essential support services to returning citizens, contributing to the smooth operation and success of the reentry program.-Execute a range of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing administrative projects and assisting in various program functions.-Maintain detailed financial records, tracking all program expenditures with accuracy and transparency.-Enter and manage client data in Salesforce, Quickbase, and Excel across three separate grant programs, ensuring consistency and data integrity.-Communicate with public defenders, non-profits, and other referral sources to facilitate the enrollment of new participants in the program.-Obtain and maintain employment records of program participants to accurately report on job retention outcomes.-Collaborate with consultants to address database issues, improving functionality and efficiency for program needs.-Generate accurate and timely reports for funders, aligning with program requirements and funding guidelines.-Develop innovative data collection methods and build new data platforms to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
