My professional focus is very versatile within both the qualitative and quantitative fields. Therefore I can conduct analyses of interviews, texts/documents, questionnaires, and other statistical sources. In regards to the different topics I have worked with, the most important ones for the current jobmarket are: work environment, employee satisfaction and retention, as well as Employer Branding.As a person and employee, I'm systematic, structured, hard-working and good at quickly getting an overview of complex tasks. I well both independently and in teams where I can discuss the tasks and different subjects with colleagues. I'm a kind and welcoming person who is always willing to help. In addition, I’m an incredibly quick study and always willing to learn new things. In terms of communication, my strength is writing, but I also have experience with supervision and oral presentations for smaller groups.
