Sam co-founded Common Purpose with an objective to provide the gold standard of Personal Training services in a luxury and friendly club setting. It became clear after working for 3 years as a freelance trainer that in order to provide his clients with true holistic care and attention, he needed to create a team of like-minded experts. During the process of setting up Common Purpose he realised a fitness business with this level of client care was hard to find within such a dynamic sector that’s become susceptible to trends and hype. He started his Personal Training career in Knightsbridge 2009. It was working here where he honed his skills in delivering real and sustainable results for busy Londoners. He's worked with a diverse range of clients from busy corporate leaders, new mums, politicians and even the odd celebrity! Having had such a diverse client base meant Sam developed key leadership skills and makes a point to listen to his client’s needs, wants and lifestyle situations. Sam then creates a program that takes all these aspects in mind and leads the way with energy and confidence.
