Providing support and training on all areas of the music curriculum for schools, working with teachers and leaders from Reception to A level with the necessary approaches required for these key stages. Providing experience of where each key stage needs to move to progress into the next. Supporting concerns of teachers, and building on strengths to make for outstanding curriculum and teaching. Working with the staff to analyse their schools needs and devise an effective, and where relevant, cross curriculum approach that includes high expectations and learning of theory, composition, analysis and performance. Working with the coordinator to create vibrant plans for schools linking to the community for concerts, choirs, and festival events.

Teaching students from reception to GCSE and A level. Devising curriculum, and linking to lead the performing arts for the school. Directing school musicals, choirs, chamber choirs, Bach ensembles, orchestral ensembles, bands for gigs, school and community events. Directing early strings, advanced theory classes. Teaching piano, singing, church organ.

Finding new artists for investment. Attending performances and working on promo/demo albums submitted in order to make selections. For artists taken on, then recording and reporting on their progress with media promotions, album sales, performances and social media following.
