• Establishment of a relationship with the client to understand the hospital’s needs and requirements.
• Liaising with consultants, architects, and engineers in the development of solutions that best suit the hospital’s needs.
• Involvement with and management of project works including:o Boiler replacemento Air conditioning infrastructure replacement such as chillers, air handling units, pumps, and variable speed drives.o Sewer stack.
