The task involved procurement/deployment of a medium scale SharePoint system configured on a VMWare based host, disk virtualization, VDI desktops, Office Wireless, WAN connectivity, AD, and SQL 2012. The system supported over 200 users for a 15 month multi-million dollar effort to cost of the largest Nuclear Demolition projects in the world. Key improvements made in this system allowed the information to flow from raw user data to be calculated, exported, and paginated in hours vs. days with traditional systems. The system required 24/7 uptime and support in 3 countries for the duration of the effort with SharePoint’s customization and flexibility allowing the system to evolve rapidly with the project meeting very tight deadlines.

Short term consukting project with a healthcare industry client building a Sharepoint 2013 Farm to support transitioning from an existing Web Portal. The site involved migrating users and data from the old portal Sharepoint and site branding. The site is designed to support users using Sharepoint as the primary intranet in a distributed workforce.
