I am a passionate student who thrives on making people's lives easier and stress-free with exercise to cure the incurable and treat it as a form of physical and mental medicine! I have a strong love for helping others and enhancing their unique situations. Whether it be by assisting people in achieving their objectives to enhance their physical health and well-being or by facilitating the rehabilitation of injuries to expedite their return to physical activity and sport. I have spent most of my entire life participating in team sports and exercise, so I have a solid grasp of injuries and the best ways to treat them.
