I have recently joined Tesco as a Team Manager where I will continue my personal development, along with developing my retail and team leadership skills. After graduating Newcastle University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, I then completed a Retail Management apprenticeship at Strikes Garden Centre, part of the Klondyke Group. I thoroughly enjoyed learning many aspects of retail and team management throughout the apprenticeship. I also developed a variety of transferable skills working in a garden centre - including adaptability, decision-making, and creativity.
