Sam has worked in litigation for over twenty years, initially in crime and subsequently in general civil litigation. During this time has gained extensive experience in a broad range of civil disputes, including commercial disputes, residential landlord and tenant, property disputes and contentious probate. He has a particular specialism in commercial leases and forfeiture, park home disputes, leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage. Sam enjoys helping clients with the varied disputes clients have and the practical problem solving approach they often require.
