- Independently installing, configuring and supporting ongoing usability of desktop computers/Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
- SCCM imaging, software pushes and inventory management
- Troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems.
- Running and terminating infrastructure cabling between workstations and communication closets.
- Ticket management, resolving issues in line with Service Level Agreements
