Current-Surveying alongside a principal investigator as well as a field director by identifying floral patterns, noting changes in landscapes, and shovel testing-Excavating sites by guiding backhoe operator, identifying and bisecting features, and digging test units-Organizing, scanning, and filing paperwork in the lab-Washing, sorting, and analyzing artifacts-Entering data into Microsoft Access and Georgia's Natural, Architectural, Architectural, and Historic Resources GIS-Creating maps using GIS-Utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to digitize field maps and edit artifact photography for reports-Preparing collections for curation according to strict standards set by the University of West Georgia's Waring Laboratory-Designing field specimen and artifact catalog forms
