In my current role, I’m undertaking variety of asset management practices including collecting & manicuring data for building, open space and services (fire safety, HVAC & electrical). For 5+ years I have managed and overseen a number of small scale and large commercial asset management projects; ranging from condition inspections, defect identification, quantity surveying, financial forecasting, life-cycle modelling and seemless transitioning into various SaaS asset management systems. I’ve travelled across Australia from Capital cities to rural LGA’s undertaking a number of asset management practices. Namely, some of these include Newcastle University, Lane Cove Municipality, Sutherland Shire Council & Corrective Services NSW.At Tessta, my role is commercially diverse. As one of the company founders and directors, I personally played a pivotal role in the birth of the company and its associated business operations. Tessta is a provider and service for sensor-driven data.
