As an Executive Chef of one of Brisbane's longest running and iconic restaurants I strongly feel I have all the attributes to fulfil all the necessary requirements you are looking for. I have an extensive knowledge of all food products ranging from dry good, meat and poultry, seafood, consumables and chemicals. As a chef for 20 years I know and understand the demands of a sales manager but most importantly I know what chef’s need or require.In my current position I run multiple departments and manage a large team of 20 chefs and apprentices. I have a proven track record of exceeding company KPI’s, building a successful and loyal team and negotiating large food purchasing contracts.I am an extremely hard and passionate worker that can work autonomously, be a team member or a team leader.I always lead by example and believe that with the right attitude it is possible to achieve and exceed goals which is something I strive to do. I am a firm believer of improvise, adapt and overcome.
