I am a partner at Cowell Clarke and I lead the firm’s Employment & Industrial Relations practice group. With broad-based experience in litigation, I bring a unique background to my specialisation in employment law, providing clients with astute insight.My primary focus is in the area of employment and industrial relations law. In particular providing advice and representation to corporate and business employers in the employment law / industrial relations space. I was appointed by the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) in 2017 as principal solicitor assisting the Commissioner into a maladministration inquiry into the Oakden Older Persons Mental Health Service.I joined the firm in January 2003 after practising for 5 years in Darwin in the Northern Territory. Over the course of my professional career, I have practised in many areas of commercial and general litigation including both personal and corporate insolvency, shareholder and industrial disputes and a range of other areas including advising associations on constitutional issues and representing both applicants and objectors in Liquor Licensing matters.
