Inside Sales Account Manager with CHC Solutions overseeing a territory which covers the state of Indiana as well as Northern New Jersey. In my role, I was able to use both inside and outside sales skills and strategies as I spent time both working remote and in the field. It was my responsibility to understand and explain the ins-and-outs of our services as well as insurance guidelines to diagnose and explain ways in which we could benefit our call points. This often took shape through in-services, both in person and virtual, in which I host and educate the staff in attendance on best practice for ordering as well as the ways in which we differentiate ourselves from competitors. Furthermore, I was attentive to existing relationships, and made sure to be a resource for any and all questions/concerns. It has been a core value of mine to serve as not only a sales representative, but also as a customer service representative to aid both medical practices and the patients we all strive to serve effectively and efficiently.
