As Sr. Director, Finance I am heavily involved in managing underwriting, capex budgeting, strategic planning, capital management, sustainability, Board/investor management and overall financial reporting, and ad hoc items that require a finance perspective to drive growth in a rapidly evolving organization.

As Senior Director, Strategy & Sales Operations, I report to the CRO and am responsible for driving/assisting in developing and executing on the overall organizational strategy through varying functions – particularly related to key initiatives surrounding Hyperscale/Build-to-Suit/Non-Standard customer engagements and new market selection. I lead and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to execute on engagements with key customers related to these deal types and also develop and manage organizational / departmental strategy and processes. I also hold the roles of Chief of Staff to the CEO and am a key support figure to the CFO and EVP, Strategy and Development, as they relate to developing and executing strategic initiatives and special projects to grow the business.Other responsibilities include customer facing engagements for hyperscale, Build-to-Suits, or otherwise non-standard builds, project managing and financing on potential developments and assessing overall economic impacts to the business. Analysis of new markets (competitive analysis) or other associated acquisitions.
