The only way to keep a customer happy is your service to them. I have a good level of understanding Microsoft Office Suite and other software (Outlook, Excel, Publisher, Word, Skype). With experience of being on the phones I would like to think I have a high level of communication skills (Some deals are better to get the clients on the phone, rather than email)
