I project managed the co-ordination of regulatory communications to customers and maintaining customer documents ensuring compliance with all relevant regulation and data protection. My responsibilities included:• The delivery of customer regulatory campaigns, including Product Maturities, Notices of Variation and email opt-in activity. Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver agreed objectives using a multichannel approach, utilising direct mail, email and digital resources.• Ensured all communications campaigns were complaint with financial conduct regulation and customer data was processed in accordance with data protection legislation. • The development of the communications strategy, working collaboratively with external agencies, planning, regulation risk, data protection and other business areas to create and implement effective plans to ensure compliance with relevant regulation, but also to ensure the maximum customer engagement.• Analytical reporting on campaigns identifying any shortfalls in performance and areas for improvement, using this insight to assist in future activity. Recognising when a breach had occurred and raising risk events when necessary, developing appropriate processes to mitigate future risks. • Maintenance and production of customer resources, these included printed items for customer mailings, website items and customer journeys for use within the branch network. Ensured the customer information was compliant with external regulation and brand strategy, in line with risk frameworks. Working collaboratively with external suppliers, and a strong focus on version control to minimise potential risks.

Working in the Wholesale Marketing function, I was responsible for ensuring brand consistency across international wholesale channels. My responsibilities included:New product launches and promotional campaigns – I was responsible for the development of collateral to support partners, both offline and online, working with in house creative and art working teams, working to critical deadlines and agreed timescales. Key projects included the US specific product catalogue. I managed the US social media channels developing engaging content and campaigns in line with brand guidelines and wider social strategy. I used analytical tools, such as Facebook insights to monitor the success of campaigns.Managing the US blogger programme to drive brand awareness in the US, building effective working relationships with influencers in key US markets. Creating monthly US marketing newsletter as a crucial source of information for partners in the US, using online analytical tools to monitor and report on open/click through rates etc. I managed all Amazon marketing, involving PPC advertisements, content creation for A+ pages, and managing the Vine programme. I monitored and optimised campaigns using AMS analytical tools. I supported the organisation of key events, including both US trade shows and UK consumer shows. I managed the budget for all marketing activity in the US and on Amazon.

Working in the Aftersales parts department my role involved the creation and analysis of reports to be used by the department. This involved working with a number of programs and frameworks such as the BMW Parts mainframe and in addition I was responsible for the management of the returnable container account, which required me to liaise constantly with BMW AG to report and resolve any discrepancies within shipments. I had responsibility for replenishment and stock control regarding packaging stock levels for the DMDC operation and the purchase of any bespoke equipment or products. I was given the opportunity to complete a number of large projects outside of my normal role, such as the management of a national winter wheels service offered to UK BMW owners, and I was often required to travel away from head office to our main parts warehouse, dealerships and for events such as the BMW PGA Championships.
