Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver agreed objectives using a multichannel approach, utilising direct mail, email and digital resources.• Ensured all communications campaigns were complaint with financial conduct regulation and customer data was processed in accordance with data protection legislation. • The development of the communications strategy, working collaboratively with external agencies, planning, regulation risk, data protection and other business areas to create and implement effective plans to ensure compliance with relevant regulation, but also to ensure the maximum customer engagement.• Analytical reporting on campaigns identifying any shortfalls in performance and areas for improvement, using this insight to assist in future activity. Recognising when a breach had occurred and raising risk events when necessary, developing appropriate processes to mitigate future risks. • Maintenance and production of customer resources, these included printed items for customer mailings, website items and customer journeys for use within the branch network. Ensured the customer information was compliant with external regulation and brand strategy, in line with risk frameworks. Working collaboratively with external suppliers, and a strong focus on version control to minimise potential risks.
Wholesale Marketing Executive
Working in the Wholesale Marketing function, I was responsible for ensuring brand consistency across international wholesale channels. Logistics Analyst
Working in the Aftersales parts department my role involved the creation and analysis of reports to be used by the department. This involved working with a number of programs and frameworks such as the BMW Parts mainframe and in addition I was responsible for the management of the returnable container account, which required me to liaise constantly with BMW AG to report and resolve any discrepancies within shipments.
