Responsible for managing the operations of our post-production unit, including logistics, planning, and resources. In this role, you will supervise staffing for long form and short form broadcast, commercial, and corporate video projects, while facilitating all the operational requirements required to deliver outstanding content.● Manage Internal Post Production Budgets and hours with Editors and Director of Production● Supervise the post-production operation, including overall process flow, timelines, and staffing● Oversee day-to-day workflow, ensuring all projects and operations are running smoothly.● Manage post-production staffing in collaboration with the talent team● Regularly track and report to project leads and senior management on the efficiency of the post-production operation● Manage the process of deliverable flow in and out of the post-production unit, setting expectations with a view toward outstanding content and excellent service.● Assure that producer post-production timelines are met

Footage Prep - Utilization of Final Cut Pro X for project prepping wedding and corporate footage. Wedding Project deadlines - Assign team members to meet internal deadlines.Client relations - Communicate with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the final product. Field questions in a concise and polite manner, knowing how to objectively speak to clients about budget.Quality control - post: Oversee editing content and technique, audio, color-correction, and titles to deliver company look.Media: Maintain all media and storage. From ingestion to hard drives and raided servers. Copy and backup footage for freelance and in-house editors.

Wedding editor: 1min highlight reel and feature-length video of the event.Color-correction: 1min highlight reel and 10min sizzle reels.Corporate color-correction: Ad agencies and non-profits to showcase events for web and internal company use.Quality control: Assist post-production manager, overseeing documentary edits, audio master, and color-correction.
