1.Follow through process from sourcing/development to bulk delivery.(Main task include sourcing, sample making, quotation, purchasing raw material, arrange production, organize inspection, and make sure deliver the goods on time)2. Daily working detail involves communicating with client, translating the information and make arrangement accordingly, updating sourcing & sample status, monitoring production progress; solve problems, meeting with client.3. Familiar with regular fabric’s character and garment workmanship，test requirement.etc.1.对行业的整个流程都已经非常熟悉，从前期开发到样品的制作，到大货生产和走货。2.前期按照客人的发展方向开发新的面料和款式，翻译资料，跟踪并更新样品进度，解决中间出现的如资料和工艺的问题，使之能够准时送出，并注意于客人沟通评语，整理资料并报价。3.中期时候会根据客人给到的订单，会安排和跟进大货样衣的制作，和工厂沟通好生产时间，从而制定生产计划，同时按照计划安排面辅料的订购和确定其回厂时间，并在大货生产前和有关部分一起分析大货中可能出现的问题，一边可以规避风险。4.后期是确保线上大货的生产品质，并严密监控生产的进度。根据实际情况调整生产计划，意见可以按时查验货物和走货。准备相关的资料并预定仓位，以及跟进货款。并解决生产中出现的突发状况。5.客户主要包括JCREW，VMT，ARITZA,ESPRIT等，基本都属于欧美客人，所以对客人对面料和成衣的品质和测试的要求有比较深刻的了解。并且对常见面料的特性也比较熟悉。6.由于工作原因和客人保持沟通以及会见客人，以及需要和工厂和各个不同部分的同事沟通，中英文的邮件书写和口语的表达都非常流利，组织协调能力和抗压能力良好。
