- Defining the direction and strategy for new retail IoT smart hardware design, controlling design experience, applying service design thinking, and focusing on how to improve the consumer experience in stores and how to enhance the efficiency of staff from an end-to-end perspective. As service designers in the hospital innovation centre, we are trying to figure out the different factors that could make it difficult for patients or caregivers to understand or follow the advice you receive from different healthcare providers (i.e., social workers, doctors, nurses, etc.). We are closing working with Healthcare team and patients to get get their perspectives on what currently works and what doesn’t to improve. We dig in the barriers and come up with holistic solution to improve patients' overall health care experience.
