Following the successful deployment of a brand new administration platform, an opportunity arose to continue enhancing the system knowledge of users. A phased approach in light of the required migration of business, from the legacy system to the new web based platform.I was the point of contact for the training the Operations department. Working closely in a team of two, daily liaisons with Senior Management and administrative staff were essential to the success of the role. I owned the training and development of c100 people and specialised in all quotation processes. I was chosen for this role based on a comprehensive knowledge, highly accurate and efficient work rate and a strong understanding of the industry.

I worked within a team of 5 Administrators. I solely administered a portfolio of c550 policies brokered by Birmingham and West Midland based Financial Advisors. Responsible for the end-to-end administrative process of these policies, ranging from 3 lives to 8000 lives. I managed schemes that are 12 months old or more, liaising with the specialist new business team once schemes reach this age.The focus of the firm's business meant I predominantly dealt with Group Life and Group Income Protection products.
