My passion for aviation started from a young age and has been the driving force for a lot of my success in the past decade of my life. When my family temporarily moved to England in 2010 I was fascinated by the huge aircraft (747-400) we had the honour of boarding on this journey. Over there I had the opportunity to witness the great Farnborough Airshow. I believe this was the beginning of my journey, witnessing some truly breathtaking aircraft. Ever since then, I have been hooked on anything that got me close to aircraft and that beautiful smell of avgas on a cold morning tarmac.I grew my passion for Military aviation in the Air Force Cadets before leaving in grade 12 to prioritise my studies and maximise my ATAR score. My grade 12 journey taught me invaluable knowledge on how to study effectively and balance this with a healthy lifestyle. After graduation, I applied for the Bachelor of Aviation course at Griffith University and I am currently pursuing a second-year leadership position in addition to a competitive GPA.I am balancing this commitment with my role at Menzies Aviation. This role is helping me maximise my soft skills, problem-solving and giving me great exposure to the ins and outs of the industry. It is also helping me save for flight school upon my graduation in 2025. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the Gym or expanding my aircraft knowledge through X-plane 11.
