Founder and All Rounder at Behind Bars Agency. Since 2015 our amazing team of bartenders and designers have been designing bar stations for aspiring best-in-class venues all around the world. Over 2 decades in all facets of the hospitality industry from fast food to hotels, to bars and events. I absolutely love the bustle and dynamic of working with passionate, energetic and dedicated people. Wine and Cider lover! Since 2019 I've been lucky enough to be involved in the fantastic Daughters of Madness Cider and Sparkling house based out of Lisbon, Portugal.TAPTAILS founder and all rounder.
