• The Aspiring Team Leader Development Programme (ATLDP) was launched in March 2005 to meet the development needs of aspiring Team Leaders. The ATLDP ensures there is a pipeline of potential Team Leaders available within.
• End to end design and ongoing delivery of the ATLDP supporting the talent management of individuals moving into first line management
• Delivery of a value adding service, by ensuring the ATLDP meets customer requirements, through effectively engaging key stakeholders in regular and timely project updates and discussions
• Promotion and communication of the ATLDP within RBS Insurance and agree, monitor and report on key success measures
• Ensuring participant progression on the ATLDP is monitored by way of attendance and progression through the modules, mentors are in place and briefed, end of programme competence reviews are undertaken and results.
• Monitor, report and track progress of participants following their completion of the ATLDP to ensure key principles of the programme are met
