I recently transitioned from the HGS team to Leidos' CIO team which handles internal organizational change, IT, and much more. In this role I focus more on the full UCD process, digging into research and process improvement work on both project specific and organization wide projects.

Lead and manage a small team of designers on the Health Growth Solutions innovation and incubation team. Establish resource sharing relationships between corporate UX teams in order to standardize processes and design practices while maturing the UX model within Leidos as a whole. Working closely with strategy, product management, and the development teams to design and develop accessible, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces.Responsible for enhancing user experience for defense and commercial healthcare applications through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototyping, style guide development, and conducting user research and testing.

While designing spreads for this student magazine, I collaborated with journalists, photographers, and other disciplines on rapidly changing deadlines.
