1.Responsible for DFM preparation and 3D audit, and update reports to General Manager,can advise the customer to modify product 3d based on the tooling structure or tooling process, modify the product 3d directly to customer as a reference 3d sample;2.Responsible for mold cost analysis and quotation;3.Responsible for mold making and testing ,mold schedule following, push factory to finish the tooling process on time and with high quality;4.Responsible for processes outsourcing and schedule follow up, make sure the mold components can be come back to assembly on time and meet the requirement;5.Responsible for mold trial run/samplings/production, can set up the mold onto injection machine and adjust the injection parameter by myself(Haitian Injection Machine);6.Responsible for mold checking/repairing/modification, give solutions to modify the mold and estimate the modification fee;7.Responsible for mold approval/molds and products exporting, prepare customs paper and contact with freight forwarding;8.Responsible for purchasing of resin ,standard parts ,etc.;9.Responsible for company administration/management/logistics10.As a translator between general manager and different depts. of processes, handle diary issues;

1.Coordinate with Sale to get project detail info. and starting time from customer, receive customer product 3d and relevant technical data . 2.Summon tooling/engineering/production relevant teams to assess customer product 3d, including production feasibility , production follow chart and preliminary mold/fixture solution; 3.hold project introduction meeting to introduce project status and milestone; 4.prepare /review/modify the process /mold/ fixture DFM and moldflow with customer until product 3d and DFM of process/mold/fixture are all confirmed by customer; 5.convert the customer drawings into inner procedure drawings and releasing; 6. Cooperate with Sourcing Team, Tooling Team, SQE team to qualify tooling supplier, make sure mold and product can be produced in high quality and delivered on time; 7. quote the process/product/mold and take cost analysis for them; 8. assess project's risk base on the mold design/follow chart/tooling process; 9. set up project info. in system, apply part and mold codes, make BOM, apply samples and mold application sheet; 10.push and chase mold/fixture schedule, and check with customer the schedule's reasonability; 11.take trial run for injection mold with customer/tooling vendor , review and check the mold and part, choice best solution to modify the mold and chase modified schedule; 12.draw up DOE plan to resolve problem occurred during the product development phase; 13.figure out different unexpected issues/incidents during the project development; 14.communicate frequently with customer about the project progress and status through wetchat, skype, email and con-call, provide the customer with high engineering and quality services , work tightly with customer to get/clarify/confirm all the spec of drawing/process/product etc; 15.cooperate with customer to sign golden parts of structure and appearance and FAI report's review and confirmed. 16.report project progress and status to project manager every weekly meeting

1.Review and check customer product drawings, analyze tooling structure and prepare tooling DFM for customer; 2.Draw and check tooling, fixture 3D/2D and submit to system for customer approval;3.Evaluate tooling cost and review the quotation, run cost down analysis and push/follow cost down;4.Follow up tooling/fixtures development and schedule, emphasize and explain significant point to tooling maker; 5.Inspect tooling quality and solve tooling issues , review and confirm tooling reports and submit to system for customer approval;6.Follow up tooling/fixtures trial run and solve tooling issues with technical team during samples build;7.Check the schedule detail with customer and predict the risk in tooling manufacturing;8.Summarize and record tooling/fixtures issues for each project as basic reference for evaluating the tooling maker’s quality level;9.Hold tooling quality meeting and stress to control the tooling quality.10. Transfer MP tooling to production dept. with total tooling list and issue list, assist to resolve tooling issue in MP stage;11.Urge tooling clients to improve tooling quality and management , evaluate and adjust tooling clients grade due to statistic data;12.Summarize and analyze tooling issue in specific project and work out tooling reports as reference for incoming projects.

1.Be responsible for new project development and management, organizing and training relevant operators; 2.Leading and dealing with significant quality abnormal, draw up DOE plan to outstanding issues; 3.Be responsible for diary issues of production line, troubleshooting with promptly and efficiently ,releasing temporary strategy timely and giving out long terms strategy after finding root-cause;4.Check and confirm, release and manage UK ECN of new and old projects;5.Check and release engineering documents, such as drawing, SOP, BOM, Flowchart etc.6.Coordinate with tooling engineer and QE to improve molding parts quality from supplier side;7.Hold engineering meeting to inform engineering information, like ECN, software update and testing methods, etc; 8.Run engineering analysis for root-cause and submit reports to UK engineering Dept. and design Dept. ;9.Attending production meeting on Monday, engineer and quality meeting on Thursday to discuss quality issues and analyze the root-cause;10.Be responsible for fixtures development, maintenance, management;11.Arranging technicians’ diary work and pushing the progress;12.Be responsible for product test, software and firmware update and management.
