Source and Appraise Development sites, Undertake Valuations for Option Agreements and Strategic Planning of development sites through the Plan process, Planning Applications and Planning at Appeal.The role varies from Planning Appraisals, Development Projects and Briefs, Planning by Appeal, Strategic Planning, Development Appraisal and Valuation, Negotiation and Acquisition.I am involved in a wide range of Strategic Planning Promotion projects including Strategic Rail Freight, Residential and Commercial schemes and presently am taking a personal responsibility for the promotion of multiple large schemes.I recently was in part responsible for the successful achievement of Planning Permission at Appeal for a site in Guildford for five detached dwellings as well as a site for 50 residential dwellings in Horley, both on the back of successful five year housing land supply arguments.I am now responsible for the valuation of Option sites and will be valuing and agreeing price on three sites which have recently received planning permission: 1. Buckton Fields, Northampton: 376 Dwellings 2. Inholms, Horley: 50 Dwellings 3. Bell Lane, Birdham: 28 Dwellings
