August Shop is a high end streetwear and fashion boutique in Madison WI. Responsibilities included providing professional level editorial photos of clothing on and off body to match the store's brand identity. I Recruited models from in and around the city, planned and orchestrated shoots, self-taught myself how to direct models, operate in a studio and handle designer clothing. This position strengthened my existing ability to operate as a freelance photographer. I learned how to optimize photo workflow, resize images for web and social media and design web banners with my photos.

One year later, I got hired back as a Visual Media Manager. This full-time, project-based position included a myriad of diverse responsibilities. I administrated the Wisconsin Union's visual assets in a program called Photoshelter. I cataloged, keyworded and re-organized all of the visual assets for the organization and on-boarded all employees into this new system making it easier for all departments to access, find and use photos. I also provided in-house Photography for live-streamed concerts and remote events during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I worked as an admin to the Wisconsin Union's website. Creating web events, editing pages and helping with a content transfer overhaul to a new website design. I worked on graphic design projects in place of student interns. I designed new web page templates, event banners and e-cards to donors. When students came back to work in 2021, I managed the student photographers and videographers by providing training, support and managing auxiliary photo/video projects that couldn't have happened without me.
