Experience in leading business development, marketing and sales efforts, including development of marketing plans and budgets with broad expertise in Business Analytics, Customer Operations, Enterprise Asset Management, Renewable Energy development, Storage and Smart Grids. Ability to:Articulate industry trends and issues and client business values with consultative selling approaches. Bridge technology and business solutions to harness advances in data technology, data management and analytical techniques to improve business performance.Create and implement industry and IT solutions within the Energy & Utility environment. Help Energy & Utility companies go through significant transformations and upgrades.Work in a dynamic environment, balancing competing demands and priorities, as well as operating independently while building a successful sales pipeline/channel.Provide management consulting services as part of a large consulting firm, including the use of consulting methodologies and project management. Negotiate scope, develop a project plan, develop an analysis framework.Look ahead, see what is needed to build the sales team and engine to get things done.Lead and team, colleagues and vendors to develop creative solutions.Bring direct selling and client service experience to bear as an executive. Meet with and close business transactions.Experience:Manage projects, and/or be the Go-To Manager for on-site client work. Advanced Metering, Renewable Energy, Smart Grid and/or OMS Integration projects including System Integration and Business Transformation. Digital Operations strategic projects focused on business strategy, business analytics, business transformation and/or change management.
