Executive Team Leader Of Assets Protection
Current-Proactively reduce inventory shortage due to various causes including operational opportunities, external theft, and internal theft.-Identify, investigate, mitigate, and resolve external theft causing inventory shortage.-Lead external investigations to identify, apprehend, and prosecute repeat offenders leveraging great law enforcement partnerships.-Identify, investigate, build, and resolve internal theft cases involving team members and vendors.-Formulate strategies to protect merchandise and ensure inventory security to drive sales.-Ensure the safety and security of Guests, team members, and vendors.-Identify operational shortage opportunities and propose/enact plans to mitigate said shortage.-Lead a team of dedicated Assets Protection personnel and develop them into their next role.-Build strong partnerships with the store team to maintain an Assets Protection culture.
