I am a very creative person who is always looking for new ways to make things easier for myself and others. I am able to prioritise my workload and work to deadlines under pressure, working well as part of a team or on my own initiative with a positive attitude. Friendly, approachable with an outgoing personality, I am able to communicate at all levels. I enjoy Teamwork and can adapt quickly to any situation. I enjoy my job within a secondary school working along side others to support young people in their learning and development and hope to further my career in this area. I also volunteer within the Scout Association in a local group and as part of the district team. I enjoy arranging exciting events for the young people in Scouting to encourage growth whilst they learn new skills and having lots of fun whilst doing so.
