Valuations: Illiquid Assets

• Coordinating and submitting the complete final month-on-month earnings analysis incorporating valuation adjustments, funding and credit charges, and final ledger reconciliations for the Credit Exotics, Solutions and Indices businesses. • Personally implemented a large-scale review and successful clear-up of multi-million dollar balance sheet breaks relating to CLN issuance, reconciling numerous platforms within systemic data flow methodologies. Spearheaded an initiative to reduce complexity and streamline the current booking model to prevent similar issues in the future.• Leading the monthly review into allocated and unallocated charges across Credit. Designed a reporting tool to help better understand, analyse and reduce costs to the trading desk. • Redesigned the Managed Trading Desk reporting to produce a more focussed, succinct analysis allowing for a clear and accurate breakdown of client NAV and management fees for the first time.

EMEA Credit Markets - Finance and Business Management• Responsible for the prompt and accurate production of daily P&L balances alongside detailed risk analysis within the Credit Exotics and Solutions businesses.• Collaborated daily with traders, quants and numerous other key stakeholders throughout the company to ensure the best possible representation and modelling of complex bespoke deals.• Took full ownership of the Structured Note and Long Term Debt reconciliation for Credit, covering multiple monthly and quarterly deliverables including DVA and Non-Sec RWA submissions. Oversaw transition of tasks into the Product Control space allowing greater accuracy through trade level knowledge. • Consistently achieved top year-end review ratings including an E during my first year at the company (reserved for top 5% of performers).
