Due to the growth of the Gloucester Branch over the last 2 years I have been promoted to a Senior Branch Manager. I will now be concentrating on growing my team and expanding the business in the Gloucester area. My branch will also be looking at the higher level roles on the permanent side of the business and moving into the contract market .

My role has a Branch Manager involves leading a team of consultants who service both the Gloucester and Chetlenham area. I coach and train my team to generate jobs for both the temporary and permanent market place. I am also a billing Manager and generate revenue for the permanent desk.I am responsiable for forecasting/planning and budget control and my prime motivator is to achieve revenue targets by controlling my P&L reports.

I was head hunted by Office Angels to set up the Commercial Temps Desk. I grow the business and had over 150 temps working for the Cheltenham Branch. Due to the sucess of the desk in 2003 the branch took on 3 more members of staff to work along side me and grow the commerical temp business. From the Cheltenham office we started to target the Gloucester market and in 2004, Gloucester Office Angels was opened.

When I first joined Westaff I worked on the Industrial desk and learnt the business very quickly. I was promoted after 6 months and started up the Commerical Perms desk and ran a very profitable desk for 2 years. I then took over the Commerical Temps Desk and I was very proud to have the largest client base in the company and won a special award for high billings.
