Assisted project management opperations by creating work instructions to aid workflow processes in the company. Required communicating with other team members to quickly grasp the companies operational process.

Ran the boots section of the store as well as performed regular duties such as inventory and closing. During the Stampede, we experienced extremely high amounts of customers which required diligent work as well as excellent customer service.

Gained a full instructor position and was able to teach advanced classes that included adults and youth that had achieved higher belt levels. Was also able to teach students that were on the junior competition teams.
