As a multi-site manager, I assisted in technical audits of all properties to establish the short, medium, and long term maintenance requirements, monitored the performance of nominated service contractors based on SLAs. Tasked with providing club’s technical advice and support on all aspects of routine maintenance and repairs and delivering suitable training or recommendations where possible.
