Teaching Assistant for Structural Geology. Developing standard operating procedures for U-Pb detrital zircon geochronology on Georgia Tech's new LA-ICP-MS.

Developed my undergraduate thesis under the guidance of Dr. Karl Lang in the TECHtonics group using detrital zircon (U-Th)/Pb geochronology to analyze the provenance of sediment from the ancestral lower Colorado River. Collected samples along the lower Colorado River from the Bouse Formation to be used for (U-Th)/Pb geochronology and other methods in future projects. Performed (U-Th)/Pb dating via laser ablation-multi-collector-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-MC-ICP-MS) at the University of Arizona LaserChron Center in Tucson, Arizona. Used R and Matlab for mixture modeling and provenance analysis.

Developed a research project under the guidance of Dr. Ciaran Harman and Ph.D. student David Litwin at Johns Hopkins University. Used Python to align a historical hydraulic dataset with recent geophysical data at Panola Mountain, Georgia. Performed initial data analysis through facies classification and data visualization in ParaView. Deliverables include a colloquium talk, poster, and synthesis.

Developed an individual research project focused on the impacts of topography on hydrology in a semi-arid watershed, under the guidance of Sara Warix, Dr. Alexis Navarre-Sitchler, & Dr. Kamini Singha at the Colorado School of Mines. Assisted in installing groundwater wells, collection of water samples, setup of geophones, and generation of seismic data via physical striking. Used ArcGIS Pro software to delineated the watershed from a DEM and plotted coordinates collected with a Trimble Geo 7X GPS. Performed topographic calculations and utilized MatLab for graphing and data analysis. Deliverables include a technical manuscript, poster, and colloquium talk.

Managed Graybill & Down's social media, brand development, graphic design, and printing needs. Created monthly newsletters and actively provided data analysis to improve our outreach. Acted as a company front at AmericasMart and participated in field sales.

Managed a small team to hit sales goals and handle all of the “ings”. Performed initial client consolidation to determine needs and requirements, as well as, set expectations. Produced original graphic designs with Adobe Creative Suite and utilizing a variety of commercial machines included Xerox copiers, a Canon wide format printer, and a Duplo cutter.
