- Develops and Maintains Work Measurement to Optimize Plans - Analyzes and Develops Operating Plans - Provides Guidance and Support to Improve Operations - Conducts Operational Audits, monitors processes to adhere to the operating plans and identify any areas out of compliance for review with the operations management. - Conducts Operational Forecasting and reviews and updates forecasts as required to maintain validity of forecast projections and adherence to Business Plan goals. - Conducts Monthly Cost Explanations for Nordics.- Managing UPS Fleet and Rentals in Nordics.

- Analyzing the supply and demand of the company's forecast. - Taking note of order errors and problems in order to develop resolutions.- Looking into customer issues and order problems in order to develop solutions for them. - Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Preparing Schedule shift according to department needs.- Monitoring the team to ensure they will finish the tasks on time according to day to day plan and long term plan.- Addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.- Preparing and submitting status and performance reports.- Reviewing and revising existing plans to ensure they are accurate and up to date- Calculating and applying statistical methods such as regression analysis to predict future outcomes based on historical data.
