Ensuring the smooth running of Retford Park house through the supervision of numerous staff members throughout a commercial kitchen and the front of house; this also included assisting in the organisation of large open garden events and various tours throughout the property.

This was a position I gained to make living abroad possible, within three months I was offered a supervisory position with increased responsibility including event management, staff administration, financial management and stock control.

As an requirement for my final year of study at the Australian College of Physical Education I was to complete a period of work experience in a relevant field. During this time I worked in the Racing department where I was asked to attend numerous racing meets at both Sha Tin and Happy Valley where I gathered marketing information which was to be used in my departments reporting.
