Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, hiring the best talent, delivering a memorable candidate experience. My role includes: - Utilizing all sourcing channels effectively and manage multiple campaigns across corporate, design and retail functions.-Maintenance of recruitment tool to ensure they are up to date.-Ensuring candidates CV's are saved appropriately considering GDPR compliance.-Conduct the first stage interviews and assessments, providing short-lists to the talent Acquisition Recruiter.-Source and Headhunt directly maximizing use of LinkedIn.-Advertise vacancies on the appropriate job boards and screen applicants received.-Develop talent pools by short-listing candidates who approach the brand speculatively.-Maintenance of the correspondence that is received through the talent mailbox.-Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the various departments.-Research into best practice and candidate experiences offered by other brands.-Achieve weekly/monthly KPI's set by the Talent Acquisition Recruiter.-Other ad hoc projects.
