The Network consists of National Distribution Hubs to Local Delivery Depots and providing detailed plans against forecasted volume for site resourcing requirements. In addition, Deep diving into plan vs actual performance and supporting / challenging sites network wide by identifying areas where there is potential to drive performance improvement and reducing operating costs.
